1. Research:

Finding the perfect piece of greeting history can be very difficult. Julie Kreitzer and her husband John have spent countless hours and days combing through antique shows, networking with card collectors and searching the internet for perfect images that reflect the image their seeking. The perfect historic image is essential to express the feeling and thoughts that Yesterday’s Best greeting card should portray.

2. Restoration:

Many times the rare image discoveries are in bad shape, so they are carefully stowed to protect the originals until they can be restored. Use of today’s high tech and innovative software tools enable the card’s imperfections to be repaired, and colors to be recovered to the card’s original brilliance.
Printing Cards 3. Printing:
After the image is restored it is transformed into a greeting card template at their established family print shop. The exquisite images are printed onto recycled acid-free paper with UV plant-based inks. Each card is intentionally blank inside for personalized messaging.

4. Production:
Once printed, the cards are folded and cut on a huge antique cutter where they become ready for the final and creative touches to be added.

5. Creative Touches:
The beautiful sparkle is what makes the card’s vintage image distinctive. Each card is masterfully detailed by hand with a tiny brush of glue and the finest glitter.

6. Packaging:
Yesterday’s Best packaging method assures the cards arrive to their destination in perfect condition. Each card is sealed with its envelope in a clear cellophane package for easy display.
